REFUND POLICY

Returns

This Refund and Returns Policy applies for all products purchased through the INSIDESWEAT checkout.

  • PHYSICAL FITNESS PRODUCTS: INSIDESWEAT cannot exchange or refund any used physical fitness products due to hygiene reasons. (regulation 28(3)(a), CCRs).
  • RETURNS FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE: If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. To receive the products you ordered, you will need to create another order. You will not be refunded for the postage as we have incurred the cost of sending the order.
  • IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED: If the shipping time has expired and we cannot find a solution to fulfil your order we will offer you a replacement order to send you the goods again. If a replacement order cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued.
  • RETURNS BY CUSTOMER: Physical exercise products returned by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of our support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
  • RETURNS: You are eligible for a refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to (evidence provided). You can return items with 14 days (in original packaging). Insidesweat will incur the initial shipping cost and the return costs of faulty items only. For all non faulty returns, due to the weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Insidesweat products. You will also be responsible for the return delivery costs.

      • RETURNS (PRODUCT CONDITION): If your Insidesweat products are returned in a damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Insidesweat reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Insidesweats sole discretion.
