I have been attending small group training sessions for 10 months now, and it has made a huge difference to my heath and fitness.
I was nervous about small group training at the start, but Eddie’s years of experience enables him to spot when someone needs a exercise adapted so that they can undertake it with confidence, and those who need a greater challenge. I’ve been attending sessions with Eddie for almost a year now. Sessions are varied, with new programmes each month so you never get bored! Small group training offers the best of both worlds, the social aspect of training with others, whilst small enough for Eddie to keep an eye on everyone. Do I have to be fit?
The trial is aimed at all abilities, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never trained before. We will adjust your program accordingly using the information we gain over the phone and during the consultation.
What happens after the trial?
After the trial, you decide. If you’ve enjoyed your experience we can continue to work together, looking at different options to suit you moving forward.
What if I have aches, pains or injuries?
This is not a problem. Many insidesweat clients come to us with life related issues like neck ache, back pain or general aches. We aim to help elevate these during your training, we will design your program with these in mind.
What am I committing to when I sign up?
No long term commitment, you are signing up for a 30 day trial. If you change your mind before the trial, no problem. We will give you your money back - no questions asked.
What happens if I'm away during my trial period?
