I have been attending small group training sessions for 10 months now, and it has made a huge difference to my heath and fitness.
I was nervous about small group training at the start, but Eddie’s years of experience enables him to spot when someone needs a exercise adapted so that they can undertake it with confidence, and those who need a greater challenge. This means that while age ranges and levels of fitness vary, we can all take part in the same programme and not feel under pressure to keep up.

I'm so impressed with Eddie from Inside Sweat. Eddie is very professional and the gym is absolutely fantastic. Amazing studio, PT and group classes
Amazing studio, PT and group classes. I have been doing PT with Eddie for years and he is arguably the most experienced PT in Cheltenham. Trained with him up to full term of pregnancy and back to fitness straight after - never felt stronger. Can highly recommend both the studio and (if you can get a session with him!) PT with Eddie.
Small group training offers the best of both worlds
I’ve been attending sessions with Eddie for almost a year now. Sessions are varied, with new programmes each month so you never get bored! c, the social aspect of training with others, whilst small enough for Eddie to keep an eye on everyone. The studio is a fab environment to train in, set up well with a great range of equipment.
I’d highly recommend training with Eddie if you want to feel stronger and fitter.

I came across Insidesweat by accident and I haven't looked back. The size of the classes mean that we are supported both by Eddie and each over. Eddie is brilliant at getting the best out of us. I have a chronic illness which sometimes means there is a delay in my processing. Eddie understands and gives me the time I need. Give him a go.
